Tailgating is half the fun of going to a football game. It’s more than likely that the practice started at Yale, which is fitting since Yale is where football was essentially created. Tailgating at the Yale Bowl is a grand tradition that has been enjoyed by the Yurasko’s for over thirty years. Over these years, “The Bowl Checklist” has evolved and grown. Currently, its more appropriate for that other grand team in plain dark blue and white uniforms - Penn State, as William and Christopher attend that University. Penn State’s Beaver Stadium was recognized in a national survey conducted by Kentucky Friend Chicken as in the #1 place to tailgate in 1998.
