I found the fix for the "Gmail crashes Firefox" problem

A quick Google search for “Gmail crashing Firefox” took care of problems I have been having lately. I found this page with this helpful information:

For me… I disabled the HTML Validator plugin for “mail.google.com”.

Simple enough! Three days later and Gmail hasn’t crashed Firefox again.

Of course, I prefer this not happen at all, but at least it can be easily fixed.
