Flurries = doom
TYSONS CORNER, Va. — Snow is now falling in the area, beginning our inescapable powdery doom from above. Any minute now, we can expect the entire surface transportation system to seize into complete gridlock. Shortly after that it is anticipated that transplants from Michiana, Pennsyltucky, Wiscesota and Massahampmont to tell us how they handle snow. Hey, that reminds me, one of these days I need to go to some of their hometowns and tell them what they need to do for a 21st century economy.
In all seriousness 1 to 2 inches are expected to fall. VDOT, now might be a good tie get those salt trucks rolling, particularly in the Springfield Interchange area (WTOP).
