As you brother I feel it is my job to call you a girly man for injuring your shoulder while using a mouse. I'll point out that the times I have injured my shoulders involve: playing softball, crashing on a black diamond in Colorado, and fighting.

As the ergonomics lead for my office, I feel sympathy and suggest you either use a trackball mouse or contact medical in your building. Provided that they haven't been laid off yet.

Rather than point out the manliness shortcomings of TMBC and YBC, I'll simply take your comments as you volunteering to weed our garden for me. I will concede that both of you exceed my manliness when it comes to dorsal topiary.

Blogger was pretty much busted for the weekend so the comments only showed up now. Good timing for that sort of thing I suppose.

Concur with YBC on the ergonomic side. There's a decent trackball from Logitech that will suffice (it lacks a lateral scroll feature on the wheel, but the left click and ball make up for it). It'll run you about $30 for it.
