Dennis Dodd does not seem to care for Joe Paterno
DENNIS DODD - Bowden's departure harbinger of doom for Penn State's Paterno - CBS SportsI wonder why Dodd is openly hoping for Joe Paterno to come to the same end as Bobby Bowden? Two very different people that just happen to have won a lot of college football games. Penn State tried to get Paterno to step down once and that failed, thankfully. By the way Dodd, Paterno and Bowden say they are friends and JoePa likes a drink now and then too.
I would have thought that the end of the Bowden era would be more satisfying, but it isn't. Orson Swindle of EDSBS, a long-time Bowden hater, seems to feel the same.
