Prospectus Q&A Jim Riggleman - The PostRiggleman answers about 20 questions from David Laurila. All of the answers are a paragraph long and fairly thoughtful. He calls strikeouts "unproductive outs" and talks about how even with restrictive pitch counts, young hurlers sometimes get hurt, among other things. Not mentioned -- him being from suburban Montgomery County.
