Expect a fairly quiet offseason from the Washington Nationals. They want a couple of starting pitchers, some bullpen help, a middle infielder and a reliable second catcher. They don’t want to spend too much or part with prospects. So, we’ll have to see what happens, starting today at the winter meetings in Indianapolis.
