Snowpocalypse: 17 inches in Alexandria at 4 p.m.
ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The total now stands at 17 inches and it is only slowing down to an inch per hour. This is going to be the most snow I’ve ever seen in Northern Virginia by the time it is over I believe.
