PRESS RELEASE - Nationals Announce 2010 Spring Training Schedule - nationals.comApparently finishing last means releasing your spring training schedule last. The Nats finally released their spring training, held in Viera, Fla. (even better) schedule. Some important dates to remember:
January 23 - spring training tickets go on sale** except for March 12 tickets vs. New York Yankees which means they are probably trying to come up with a different ticket price for it.
February 19 - pitchers and catchers report
February 24 - position players report
February 26 - full squad workout
March 4 - first games (split-squad at Astros, Marlins)
March 6 - first home game
April 3 - final spring training game, vs. Boston Red Sox at Nationals Park
