Sadly, this appears to be fake or at least removed, I checked. She tweeted a photo of her dad wearing a Fred’s Tavern jacket though and that’s respectable.

P.S. I modified something in one of the comments because expletive deleted is cleaner and well, funnier.
That program could only be equivalent if the Postal Service recorded the details of every letter and publication sent anywhere in the U.S. and stored that info for later release if “deemed necessary.” Such a program would never have survived privacy concerns by either Congress or the U.S. citizenry.
