ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The second snowfall of 2012 is another small one and it came with ice. We have just about an inch of snow here in the West End.
Beautiful powder starting falling here around 10 p.m. last night. Sadly, by this morning, it was covered in a icy glaze. There is currently no precipitation here.
