A rainbow ride to I-66 on Friday

FALLS CHURCH, Va. — The strange, heavy-at-time, rain storms on Friday resulted in rainbows throughout Northern Virginia. I saw one to the north from my office building window in Tysons, but the ones I saw driving to Ballston along Route 267 (Dulles Toll Road) and Interstate 66 were quite impressive:
