"NOT AS HAPPY" VALLEY U.S.A. -- Today, Webmasters William F. Yurasko and Bradford M. Stratton announced that their respective sites have combined forces to recognize the winner of the "Who's Fault is it That Penn State Lost?" poll with the inaugural "MulchNet Purple Clown Award."
