Maryland’s newest expressway, the long-awaited and debated Intercounty Connector (MD 200) will open between I-370 near Gaithersburg and MD 97 Georgia Avenue near Wheaton. For the first few weeks, February 22 through March 6, the ICC will be toll free, after that it will have all electronic tolling.
