Collegian reviews Vols season

One year after struggling to a 5-6 record, Tennessee is back in the national picture – The CollegianA look at Penn State’s Outback Bowl opponent.
Also, Charlie Daniels will be singing the National Anthem (CDT) before the game. I know him only by his magnum opus “The Devil Went Down to Georgia.”

Nittany Lions, Vols to meet in Tampa – CDTThe Outback Bowl is set with the Nittany Lions facing Tennessee. Back in the 1990s, the Lions whipped the Vols twice hopefully that will continue. Like Penn State, Tennessee (9-3) had problems with ranked teams.
Paterno still plans to coach forever too (AP/ESPN).
