Bill Yurasko is a project manager for CACI, Inc., an information technology firm specializing in systems, software, and simulation. Recently, Bill performed independent verification and validation (IV&V) of custom software developed for the U.S. Navy Military Sealift Command (MSC).

Under contract to the SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston - National Capital Region (SSCC-NCR), Mr. Yurasko led the development of the Year 2000 (Y2K) IV&V process for MSC business software and headed up the SSCC-NCR Y2K IV&V team. Currently, Bill is providing support to the MSC Command, Control, Communication & Computer Systems (C4S) Directorate

Bill has 30 years experience in managing the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of information technology. He led numerous successful applications development projects for Citibank in New York and American Security Bank in Washington. He also developed diverse systems, plans, and programs for the Navy, Army, Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Washngton Metropolitan Airports Authority. As a trainer and a trainer of training teams, Bill has traveled thoughout the United States and Germany.

His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University, a General Full Course Certificate from the London School of Economics, and graduate studies under a Ford Foundation Scholarship at the University of Chicago.
