washingtonpost.com gets it

Yesterday, washingtonpost.com had its OFF/Beat blogger live blog the world’s stupidest and least fair lawsuit Pearson v. Custom Cleaners. Yes, that is the case of a JUDGE suing a dry-cleaner for $54 million over a pair of lost pants.

Live blogging this helps expose Pearson for the clown that he is and his unreasonable, if not evil reaction to a lost pair of pants. He might be setting this up as a way to expose problems of the legal system and frivolous lawsuits, but I doubt it.

It is also pretty funny when the plaintiff cries over lost pants.
