Penn State beats Indiana to keep Big Dance dream alive

Nittany Lions muck through Indiana, face Wisconsin Friday nightPatriot-News
It wasn’t pretty, but Penn State managed to hold off Indiana before a partisan Indianapolis crowd in the Big Ten Tournament. G Talor Battle played poorly, but a strong second half from F Jeff Brooks beat the Hoosiers. So, the good news is they won without their best player playing well, but the bad news was that it was against the 11-seed.

The Nittany Lions face the Badgers of Wisconsin, seeded 3rd, tonight around 8:55 p.m. A win probably gets them in the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, a loss means the NIT.
