Yuengling brewery goes from surviving to thrivingAP/Patriot-News
Yuengling lager is the beer that is most likely to be in my refrigerator — all my friends like it (probably a little more than me) and I think they’ll enjoy the story I linked to above.

As I have said before, there is a lot to like about Yuengling — it has been owned by the same family since it was started almost 200 years ago, costs around $1 a bottle and tastes pretty good. As recently as 2 years ago, Yuengling was the second-largest American owned brewers (A. Busch, Miler and Coors are all part of multi-national conglomerates now) after Boston Beer Co. (Samuel Adams). It probably still holds that distinction.
