A consistent forecast for accumulating snow and subfreezing temps during commute should always be a red flag http://t.co/rhafLDBvb4

This overachiever of storm did not close Alexandria City or D.C. Public Schools, it just delayed them.
In Maryland, a friend had a 4.5 hours commute from Columbia to Takoma, D.C. the same amount of time he could drive from Columbia University to Takoma on a good day.
MR. PLOW!
BeltwayLand Snow Plow information
There a high possibility of refreezing and crews will be out tonight.
