ALEXANDRIA, Va. — The third measurable snow storm of 2018-2019 season here in the West End dropped 2½ inches of soft powder. Temperatures in the 20s over the last several days meant it all stuck. Oh to have skied or sled on it!
This came after Tuesday’s dusting that was seemingly underwhelming for anybody in the D.C. area under 400 feet of elevation.
