Around 7:30 a.m., “Yardy” measured 2 inches of fresh beautiful powder in the front yard. It’d be nice to ski on.
The 2022 total is now 12 inches, a whole foot with 2frac12; months of winter to go!

Following up Monday’s post, Alexandria Mayor Justin Williams returned from Spain, where he was quarantining following a COVID-19 diagnosis. He was vacationing there over the holidays. Surely, this depressed the snow accumulation totals.
