Brickfair, the Lego fan expo, returns this Saturday, August 5 and Sunday, August 6 at the Dulles Expo Center in Chantilly, Va.
I last went to it in 2013 and figure I need to get my 9 year old to see it. I think Brickfair is probably interesting for a wide range of ages. There are hands-on opportunities for kids as well “fan built creations,” photo op worthy displays, plenty of places to spend money of Lego sets and other merchandise. One of the highlights is the Great Ball Contraption, a Rube Goldberg machine made of Lego.
